Every Day - Moments

Sometimes I find myself only documenting the milestones and events that take place in our lives. 

When in reality...memories are made every day. It's these every day moments that I live for...that give me purpose...and meaning to my life. I honestly believe that I have the BEST job in the world, and I wouldn't trade it for anything! It also pays the biggest dividends.

2 Months

Time sure flies in the company of a sweet babe!

Tanna has changed so much in the first 2 months.
She is more alert and definitely has eyes for her momma!
She loves to smile and communicate with her mouth.
I still remember the very first time she blessed me with a sweet gummy grin. I instantly fell in love all over again. I live for that sweet-big-open-mouthed smile!
She is so strong and has good control of her head and neck.
She never likes to be held in a reclined position. She wants to be upright and able to see everything that is going on around her.
Tanna loves her siblings! Even when they are a bit too rough!
She sleeps through the night and has since 5 weeks.
At her 2 month check-up she weighed 10 lbs. 11 oz. was 23" tall and her head circumference was 15" putting her in the 50% for all three.
Tanna enjoys being in the car and has made several long distant road trips.
This sweet babe did break out with acne for a couple weeks, but with a little coconut oil it seemed to disappear quick.
Her hair is still very wild and stands straight up.

This sweet babe is such a dream! We all love her so very much! I am so glad that we have been able to experience a sweet babe in our home one last time. She has been a blessing.

We all love you so very much baby Tanna!
Please stop growing so fast!!

Halloween City

Our first trip to town with Tanna ended with fun in the Halloween store I think we killed over an hour and a half trying on masks and playing around. The store clerks were really nice and patient with us.

It was a lot of fun and full of many laughs!

I think Jauncee may have found her a new look!

Blue Heaven at Bear Lake

Last Halloween (2014) Dirk won an overnight getaway at a cabin in Bear Lake. We did not redeem the certificate until late September due to our summer being crazy busy. Jauncee was gone the first 6 weeks, then the fair, the new baby, school starting etc... It was a tad bit cold, but fun nonetheless. It gave us a good idea for a fun weekend getaway next summer.

It was a very quick trip, but worth every second!
