*3 Months*

This little chubby guy has hit the 3 month mark. It has gone by too fast!

At least I can say that I have enjoyed every minute of it.

There are some things I want to remember about this sweet little boy. I need to write them down before I forget.

He is an alright sleeper…some nights are awesome, some nights are rough! He’ll get the hang of it someday! :)

He is 100% breastfed and is doing fantastic! My girls keep begging me to pump so they can feed him, I haven’t yet and maybe should for them but why interrupt his eating when he is doing so well.

I love his cute little head and fuzzy hair. I find myself rubbing it while he eats!

The girls still love him to pieces! They are both very motherly…sometimes too motherly!

He is the biggest stretcher and loves to exercise his legs. It is so funny to watch him.

He loves to cuddle and be held.

He doesn’t like his pacifier very well. Although he will take it for the girls sometimes!

He is a little chunker! Not sure what he weighs but I am certain it is over 14 lbs!

He loves to coo, gurgle and smile. He loves his daddy and knows his voice.

He is definitely a morning person. I can’t believe how happy he is when he wakes up. It definitely makes me forget about the rough night we may have had!

He is so precious and I am so thankful we have him.

Volleyball

Jeslyn played on a youth volleyball team the past few months. She had a lot of fun and learned many techniques. I was impressed with her improvement from the 1st game to the last. Good Job JES!

Our Lil Spookers!

The girls were excitedly waiting for Halloween since the first day of autumn. We always decorate the house for fall to carry us through Thanksgiving. While we were hunting for all the fall decorations the girls came across the Halloween tote and couldn’t resist in bringing it out. They were entertained for hours-trying on every costume whether it fit or not. I was the mean mom this year that made them recycle “old” costumes. (I just don’t believe in spending $30 + dollars every year!) Jauncee changed her mind every other day…for the school parade she was a Bratz Cheerleader which worked out wonderfully because it was a costume that she could wear to school, then she wanted to be a witch and insisted on having a wig…which we found for a buck and lastly, the day of Halloween her final decision was to be Sleeping Beauty…she looked beautiful! Jeslyn wanted to be a Princess Vampire and never once changed her mind. Of course there were requirements—makeup, wig, teeth. I think she turned out to be ScArY...whatever she is! Our little guy Clay was a monkey! A cute little monkey that kept him nice and warm!

The girls had fun trick or treating and also enjoyed the trunk or treat in Soda that the local Businesses put on. It was a fun but super cold Halloween!

One of the girls took this picture of our dog Juke. I thought it was fitting for Halloween!

A Quick Trip to Victor

A couple of weekends ago we made a quick trip to Victor to check on the cows, work the calves and bring the bull home. It was a beautiful autumn day. Jauncee spent the afternoon playing with Tel and Jeslyn got to help. She is Dirk’s right hand man—pretty good help when she wants to be! And Clay got to right a horse with his daddy for his first time. All in all it was a was a quick trip but it was fun and totally worth the time being all together.Align Center
