A 5 day trip to Holden!
We had been looking forward to this fun getaway for weeks. Anticipating seeing Jauncee and waiting to swim in Grandmas pool. Clay had his heart set on it back in February when we last visited. He even asked Grandma if she could set it up for him so he could swim in it! Too bad it was February and way too cold! I love how kids are so innocent and full of optimism. Swimming was definitely on the agenda as well as a barbeque up Maple Hollow.
The barbeque was such a fun get together with family! And delicious as always!
Dakota hung out with Great Grandma Turner almost the entire time.
Clay just LOVES Brooks. Idolizes him. Brooks is so good to play with him and make him feel special.
This little sink still preferred crawling to walking! I on the other hand would prefer she walk and be up out of the dirt. Mom, does not always get the say. She didn't mind being dirty!
Dakota quickly made and new friend and would not leave his side.
She loved Brady!
I put Jauncee in charge of taking pictures. Most of the pictures are selfies (saved for another post) and the others where like this....
I am sure Kristi is posing for her! Teasing her! Kristi is super fun and sweet with Jeslyn and Jauncee. They both just love her, even Clay! Twisti is the bomb dot com!
We spent the remainder of the time there swimming!
doing tricks on the trampoline,
drinking homemade root beer,
Dakota had to miss out on some of the fun. I am certain she cried at the window more than she slept, but I tried.
playing legos,
eating & eating some more
and more SWIMMING!
It is always a sad day when it is time to go home. We <3 and="" even="" everyone="" grandma="" grandpa="" holden="" love="" more.="" p="" there="" we="">

Can't wait to go back!
