All things CLAY BOONE

Clay Boone, our precious sweet little boy! I sure can’t imagine life without him. He is sooo much fun and has the cutest personality.

These pictures were taken awhile back starting around the very end of August to about October.

Chillin with Scamp!

Begging to go outside! His favorite place to be. (Typical little man)

So tired that he actually fell asleep while he was eating lunch! I couldn't resist capturing the moment.

First haircut on September 8, 2011. My bestie Jessica dropped by for moral support and to help me out. I really hated to cut all his curls but instead of getting long it would just get really big and puffy. I was worried that if I cut it he would lose all his curls. Everybody assured me they would be gone. Thank heavens his hair is still as curly as ever! To date (12/20/11) he has now had 3 little home trims and has been to the barber twice. It grows like crazy!

Such a handsome little boy!

Clay has been obsessed with the slide attached to the swing-set. He would climb up it and just sit there. One day he was finally brave enough to go down all on his own...I think it scared him a bit. But it sure didn't stop him! He climbed right back up and instead of going down on his bum he decided he was going to turn around and go down on his belly feet first. I was amazed at how ingenious he was to figure out a more safe less speedy way to go down and all on his own. He is however, a little smarty pants.

Towards the end of the summer, he was so brave and would go down every which way. He still whines for the slide as we pass it by...but with shoes on, which are required this time of year, he can't seem to get any traction and whines for his shoes to be off! It is too cold for that! He will just have to wait until next year.

Hanging out in Momma's chair waiting for the tubba! Hey at least he is being modest!

We all sure love this little guy, he is such a blessing!

(Still trying to play catch up...more on the way)
